BODY MAPPING VIDEO LIBRARY
Personal Geometry®: Exploring Your Relationship to Libido is a guided, experiential video journey that helps you understand libido through the body’s own language – rather than analysis, fixing, or pathologizing. Using Personal Geometry®, a simple yet powerful body-mapping process, you’ll make unconscious relational dynamics visible, feel how desire is actually organized in you right now, and directly shift those patterns in your body and your life.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
low desire
compulsive or destructive drive
desire mismatch with a partner
aging or hormonal changes
lust that feels misaligned or confusing
If you have unresolved sexual grief, trauma, rage, fear, or obligation that have shut down or distorted your desire, this body-centered exploration can bring clarity, relief, and new pathways forward.
This isn’t about boosting libido or diagnosing what’s “wrong.” It’s about embodied truth, choice, and transformation. If your desire feels distant, blocked, pressured, or lost, this experience offers an immediate, revelatory way to understand what’s really happening – and find new pathways to clarity, confidence and sexual fulfilment.
Most people are taught to think low desire is a hormonal issue, a relationship problem, or a sign that something is wrong with them. And what about high or mismatched desire?
But what if those are just symptoms of something deeper?
Want to find out where you have been standing in relation to your libido – and what you can do about it?
Personal Geometry®: Mapping SEXUAL SHAME
Most people don’t realise they’re carrying sexual shame – they just feel disconnected, numb, anxious, compulsive, or chronically “too much” or “not enough.” This guided, experiential video journey helps you explore how sexual shame actually lives in your body, using Personal Geometry® to map its position in relation to you, pleasure, and other people. Instead of analysing or fighting shame, you’ll externalise it, feel its function, and begin to shift the patterns it’s been holding in place.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
disconnection, numbness, or shutdown around sex
anxiety, inhibition, or over-performing in sexual situations
hidden or secretive sexual behaviours (including porn use)
fear of being seen, desired, or “found out”
a persistent sense of being “too much” or “not enough” sexually
a history of shaming messages, experiences, or trauma around sexuality
If sexual shame has been silently shaping your choices, desire, and self-expression, this body-centered exploration can help you see it clearly, honour what it’s been protecting, and create new pathways toward safety, pleasure, and authentic expression.
Most people are taught to think sexual shame is a mindset problem, a confidence issue, or something you should just “get over.”
But what if it’s actually a living pattern in your body, quietly shaping how close you let yourself get to pleasure, intimacy, or being seen?
Want to find out where you’ve been standing in relation to sexual shame – and what you can do about it?
Personal Geometry®: Mapping Your Relationship to Orgasm
Personal Geometry®: Body Mapping Orgasm is a guided, experiential video journey that helps you explore orgasm as a relationship your body is having – not a performance metric or mechanical “success/failure.” Using Personal Geometry®, a simple yet powerful body-mapping process, you’ll externalise how you’re currently relating to orgasm, feel what your body is organizing around (safety, fear, expectation, history, partner dynamics), and begin to shift those patterns toward more ease, depth, and truthful pleasure.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
difficulty reaching orgasm, or “almost there” but not quite
orgasms that feel rushed, numb, flat, or overwhelming
orgasming alone but not with a partner (or vice versa)
pressure to “perform” or make orgasm happen on cue
changes in orgasm related to stress, aging, trauma, or relationship history
If unresolved fear, conditioning, heartbreak, or vigilance have been quietly shaping your orgasmic experience, this body-based exploration can help you see what your system is actually doing, honour its intelligence, and open new pathways to authentic, embodied orgasm.
Most people are taught to think orgasm is a mechanical function, a performance metric, or proof that sex “worked.”
But what if your orgasms (or lack of them) are actually revealing how your body feels about safety, trust, and being fully received?
Want to find out where you’ve been standing in relation to orgasm – and what you can do about it?
Personal Geometry®: Exploring Your Relationship to Porn is a guided, experiential video journey that helps you understand porn through the body’s own language — rather than shame, moralizing, or control. Using Personal Geometry®, a simple yet powerful body-mapping process, you’ll make unconscious relational and regulatory patterns visible, feel how arousal is actually organized in you right now, and create new possibilities for choice, intimacy, and embodiment.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
compulsive or habitual porn use
secrecy, shame, or internal conflict around porn
porn use that feels disconnected from intimacy
reliance on fantasy to regulate stress or emotion
confusion about desire, arousal, or sexual presence
conflict or misalignment in your romantic relation due to porn use
If unresolved loneliness, overwhelm, trauma, unmet longing, or nervous system dysregulation have shaped your relationship to porn, this body-centered exploration can bring clarity, relief, and new pathways forward — without judgment or force.
Most people are taught to think their relationship to porn is a moral issue, a willpower problem, a sign of addiction - or even sleazy, creepy or cheating.
But what if it’s a meaningful response to something deeper?
Want to find out where you’ve been standing in relation to porn - and what your body has been using it for?
Personal Geometry®: Exploring Your Relationship to Potency is a guided, experiential video journey that helps you understand potency through the body’s own language — rather than performance pressure, fixing, or pathologizing. Using Personal Geometry®, a simple yet powerful body-mapping process, you’ll make unconscious relational and internal dynamics visible, feel how sexual response is actually organized in you right now, and directly shift those patterns in your body and your life.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
potency issues or unreliable erections
performance anxiety or pressure
difficulty staying present during sex
loss of confidence or sexual self-trust
changes related to aging, stress, or identity
If unresolved fear, shame, grief, trauma, expectation, or evaluation have disrupted your sexual response, this body-centered exploration can bring clarity, relief, and new pathways forward.
Most men are taught to think potency issues are a physical malfunction, a stress problem, or a sign that something is wrong with them. And what about performance anxiety or unreliable arousal?
But what if those are just symptoms of something deeper?
Want to find out where you have been standing in relation to your potency — and what you can do about it?
Personal Geometry®: Exploring Your Relationship to a Sexless Relationship is a guided, experiential video journey that helps you understand the deeper dynamics of sexual disconnection through the body’s own language – rather than blame, analysis, or trying to “fix” the relationship. Using Personal Geometry®, a simple yet powerful body-mapping process, you’ll make unconscious relational patterns visible, feel how intimacy and distance are actually organized in your body right now, and begin to shift those patterns in ways that can change both your relationship to sex and to each other.
This journey is for you if you’re living with:
little or no sexual intimacy in your relationship
a partner who wants more sex than you – or much less
confusion, frustration, or grief about the loss of sexual connection
avoidance, pressure, resentment, or obligation around sex
love and companionship in your relationship but little erotic connection
If unresolved hurt, disappointment, shame, fear, or unspoken dynamics have been quietly shaping the sexual landscape of your relationship, this body-centered exploration can help you see what’s actually happening beneath the surface and create new pathways toward clarity, honesty, and reconnection.
This isn’t about forcing sex back into a relationship or deciding who’s “right” or “wrong.” It’s about embodied truth, choice, and transformation. If intimacy feels distant, pressured, confusing, or lost, this experience offers an immediate and revealing way to understand what your body is organizing around – and what new possibilities might become available for intimacy, communication, and desire.
TO DO ON YOUR OWN OR WITH YOUR PARTNER
Most people assume a sexless relationship/marriage means the relationship is broken, attraction is gone, or one partner simply doesn’t want sex anymore.
But what if those are just symptoms of something deeper?
Want to find out where you’ve been standing in relation to intimacy, desire, and your partner – and what you can do about it?
This video introduces Personal Geometry®, a groundbreaking somatic practice that can radically shift how you experience yourself from the inside out. Through a deceptively simple body mapping exercise, you’ll uncover hidden patterns shaping your reality – in ways that are immediate, often surprising, and deeply revealing. What you discover here has the potential to change not just how you see your life, but how you live it.
Some reflections and suggestions for managing any disregulation or trauma responses if any arises during, or after, your body mapping process. These journeys are not substitutes for mental health care - make sure to seek the support you need!
A brief explanation of common terms and definitions we use in Personal Geometry to make it even easier to use.
After purchasing and body mapping any of these topics on your own, be one of the first ten Body Mappers to book a half-hour 1:1 online session with Ali to integrate what your body revealed in the video journey - FOR FREE. Bring photos of your map, your questions, notes and anything that surfaced, and Ali will help you deepen insight, ground the experience in your nervous system, and clarify next steps for your healing and practice.
Please Note:
These guided journeys are designed to support safe, private, and self-paced exploration of sexual patterns. They are not intended to “fix” or eliminate symptoms in a single session – though they sometimes can. Many people experience clarity, insight, or meaningful shifts after one journey, while others benefit from returning over time and allowing the process to unfold gradually. For some, an embodied insight gained through these mappings can transform an entire relationship, even lives; for others, shifts in physical and psychological “stance” can influence underlying neurology. For many, the changes are more subtle – such as a growing sense of ease, comfort, or a different way of seeing and relating. Your experience will be unique to you.
This work emphasizes understanding patterns with gentleness and embodiment, rather than forcing change. The questions and insights that Personal Geometry reveals can meaningfully support your healing process – we encourage you to bring them into your work with a therapist and/or support network. Deeper 1:1 support and integration through private sessions with Ali is also available.
Keep in body-mind: You are always in charge of your pace, your boundaries, and what feels right for you.
These body mapping video journeys are a form of therapeutic, professionally guided practice. However, they do not provide immediate support for severe trauma, psychological distress, or crisis situations. It’s completely natural for things to continue unfolding after your practice – but if you notice lingering discomfort or unease, consider reaching out to your support community (Ali is now part of that). If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek appropriate professional or emergency support.
